What an amazing time we had in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia last week! I was lucky enough to be selected to cover the Cruise the Cabot Trail test drive for Masalamommas, and spend three days driving the amazing 2013 Chevy Malibu.
Even though I live on the West Coast of Canada in one of the most beautiful parts of the world, Cape Breton was stunning. The ocean, the sky, the scenery it was all unreal. In fact the whole trip was a pinch me moment, especially because I got to bring the Mr along too.It was the first time since our honeymoon 11 years ago that we went on a trip together alone. Imagine that; driving through one of the most gorgeous places on the planet, in a brand new Chevy Malibu, with no children bickering in the back-seat. The whole time I kept thinking….who’s life is this anyway, and then I realized; mine!
